Is Vibrational Recalibration like Reiki?
While there are some similarities, Vibrational Recalibration (HVR) differs from Reiki in several ways:
1. Source Connection: In HVR, there are no intermediaries, religions, doctrines, or philosophies between the ultimate source and its receiver. The energy flows directly from the source field to the client.

Should I mix Heartegy® Vibrational Recalibration with other energy work?
It's best to allow the Heartegy® Vibrational Recalibration to run without conscious interventions for at least a few days after the session.

The Breaking Point
It’s the end of July 2021, a hot summer morning in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
I’m standing in my bedroom, smelling cigarette smoke from the open window.
Children playing outside sound almost silent to me now,
compared to my chest's accelerated heartbeat.
With fear, anger, and anxiety still overpowering my senses,
I feel slightly relieved as I see two police cars arriving.
I go downstairs to open the door.
As one officer asks me to come outside and starts asking me questions,
three go inside, calling his name.
There he comes, tall, slender and good-looking, acting as if nothing had happened, looking at me with a mocking twinkle and welcoming the officers with a smile.
What an act, I feel nauseated.
“Ms. Buenemann, please tell us what happened”
Sobbing, trying to recollect myself, I answer:
“Officer, I can no longer stand this man living under the same roof.
He claims to love me yet swears and shouts at me intensely and regularly.
I called you because he gave me yet another night and morning
of intense psychological harassment, finishing by
throwing my most expensive device against the wall, and this is when I called you.”
“Understood; please tell me more about your situation.”

The deal was that he would start sharing his artistic gifts with the world,

than the type of loving relationship, he just described so naturally.
It struck me later that I had already written this need down for myself,
four years before this moment.

Letting Go - for Real!
Coming home the next day, I share
this impactful encounter and my resolution at home.
My supposed partner goes from anger to ridiculing,
despite knowing what I miss in our relationship and what I can't take anymore,
as we have talked about this for several years.
“Oh really, Mica, so you think you are ready for such a relationship
and that there is someone like that out there for you?
How stupid and gullible are you to believe in such fairy tales!”
Talking to a good friend of mine,
I see in her reaction that she believes nothing will change either.
After all, I’ve been in a similar space many times
and somehow always gave us another chance.
Friends and family have told me for years that I must get out of my current relationship to achieve the partnership I dream about.
Yet somehow, we are incapable of being with one another
or leaving one another.
It’s an ongoing symbiotic cycle, incredibly draining most of the time
and yet somehow impossible to break despite all my attempts and best intentions.
In my ever-increasing desperation, I observe my business partner Noeli as she suddenly re-starts applying vibrational recalibrations to her challenges.

First Results from My Recalibrations
After the first recalibration, I already feel a significant shift in my old dynamics.

Emerging from the womb of the chrysalis, the butterfly discards its restrictive silk and shell to inherit a magical new world of flowers, breezes and sunshine.
A world of freedom and delight, and a celebration of its divine nature.
Spreading her wings for the first time, she has no idea whether she can fly; she simply opens her wings in perfect confidence and is effortlessly conveyed into the spiral dance of graceful flight.
And all that then remains is the joyous participation in the divine ecstasy of creation.
As you turn your light inward and witness your true nature, you become an empty mirror and go beyond beliefs or doctrines.
Dissolving the veils, the formless takes form.
Going or coming, we are in the right place.
As the veils are lifted, we will perceive worlds of unimaginable beauty.
Self-transforming astral worlds of light will shine down and interpenetrate the density of matter, making it translucent, less dense, and more permeable to our thoughts and feelings.
Multi-dimensional reality and the interconnectedness of all things will be as clear as sunlight.
